To Register for the ICANM 2019 Conference please click on the Register Today button below.  Registration is not complete until payment is received. ICANM registration system allows you to pay your registration fee by the following form of payments:

   
 Credit card (Credit cards are processed via the PayPal check out system, but you DO NOT need to have a PayPal account. To pay with a credit card just make your selection and click Continue. You will then be taken to an external PayPal page where you should enter your credit card data in the listed fields (under "Don't have a PayPal account?").

Terms & Conditions/Cancellation Policy

  • Conference registrations will not be confirmed until the correct payment is received
  • Cancellations must be submitted in writing to ICANM by June 1st, 2019. Cancellations will be subject to a $250 admin fee. No  refunds will be given after June 1st 2019.
  • No Refund will be given for failure to attend, visa refusal, etc.
  • Substitutions are allowed and must be submitted in writing by the original registrant (a $100 SUBSTITUTION FEE APPLIES). If you wish to  substitute a participant, please contact the ICANM at the earliest opportunity (Substitutions will be not accepted if you have already obtained a Letter of Invitation).
  • The Organizers reserve the right in its absolute discretion to cancel the Exhibition.
In the unlikely event this conference has to be cancelled for reasons beyond control of the organization, the ICANM organisers   do not accepts responsibility for travel and/or accommodation fees incurred due to cancellation. Therefore it is recommended that you arrange  for the appropriate travel insurance coverage.
